Tere is an educational consultant with the National Educators for Restorative Practices. Tere worked in public education for 31 years as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, principal, and in Pflugerville ISD's Central Administration as Coordinator of Student Affairs. In this role, Tere was blessed to work with all the schools in the district, their staffs, students and families.  Tere focused on working with at-risk students, truancy, and locating students to assist them with returning to school or finding avenues to complete high school. She has lead multiple professional development sessions in Pflugerville ISD and Region 13. Tere's core belief is relationships matter.  Tere often told others that she wants students to live in their heart for the right reasons and the relationships they build with them. She has experienced the positive impact relationships have on school staff, students, and their families.  Tere is a Certified Specialist in Restorative Practices and loves working with schools, students, and their parents.
